  Custom cloned voice refers to the process of creating a personalized and unique voice that closely resembles a specific individual.

• What does "uploading" refer to in the pricing plan?

  The uploading function allows you to upload your own voice data for training without the need for online recording and without limitations on dialogue content.

• What is custom music?

  Custom music features enable you to use your cloned voice for singing a song.

• How many samples are needed to create a custom voice&music?

  For creating a custom voice & music, a minimum audio length of 1 minute is required. Using 5 minutes of audio can result in a better outcome.

• What is "characters per month"?

  Characters per month refers to the number of characters that can be synthesized into speech using a text-to-speech (TTS) system in a given month.

• What languages do you support?

  We support English, German, Spanish, as well as Portuguese, as output languages.

• How much speech can be generated from 100,000 characters?

  Approximately 2 hours of audio can be generated from 100,000 characters.

• What is emotion recognition?

  Our AI-powered emotion recognition technology can automatically detect the emotional content of your input, accurately identifying emotions such as anger, excitement, and fear... Additionally, our system can replicate non-human sounds in speech, including 'um', 'mhm', and 'wow'...

• Do I use characters for each generation?

  Currently, each of generation deducts the quota from your account regardless of adjustments made. However, we are working on implementing a feedback mechanism that will allow you to provide input choose not to use a portion of your quota during each regeneration. This will enable you to optimize your usage of the quota and provide feedback on the re-generation process.

• Are there any limitations or restrictions on the types of voices that can be uploaded for voice cloning?

  As the uploader, you must be the rightful owner of the files you upload to the system. You are solely responsible for all files you upload and generate on the system, and any consequences that may arise from publishing those files elsewhere. Speakperfect.ai does not claim any rights over the files you upload to the system, except for the right to review the files in accordance with local laws.

• When will my characters expire?

  Additional usage-based characters do not have an expiry date, and any unused quota will roll over to the next month.

• How can I manage my subscriptions,including viewing and cancelling them?

  To view your subscriptions, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and then select "Subscription History". To cancel a subscription, click the "Unsubcribe" button on the "Subscription History" page.
